“IN–TENTS” SERVICE
We have the trucks, the staff and the knowledge to make your event a success. Our courteous staff is quick, efficient and willing to take orders or give suggestions to make all parts of your event worry free.
Thompson Tent Staff is available to take care of your event for a fee of $250.00 minimum of 1 person for 4 hours, and $45 per person per hour after. This service must be arranged ahead of time and mileage charges may also apply.
A lot of planning goes in to the event itself but many people forget about the “day after”. Thompson Tent Rentals “IN-TENTS” SERVICE can be a welcome relief during clean up.
Consider that you may require someone to open and close walls on the day of you event. It is best to appoint someone to do this for you and have them available for instruction on the set up day or ask your caterer or consultant if they can arrange this for you.
Set up and knock down
This service of rental items is available at an additional charge. Set up and knock down of tables and chairs can be arranged. The cost of this service is:
Minimum charges apply.
Chairs: $ .35 each
Tables: $ 1.25 each
We can also set your tables and fold your napkins, decorate your tables, room or tent etc. It is best to arrange these services in advance so we can better serve you.

Belleville: $15.00 per trip
City of Quinte West: $20.00 per trip
Other areas: $0.75 per kilometre, plus $0.20 per employee.
