TENT SIZE PLANNER
Detailed Planning
Remember that no two functions are alike. In order to make your event as individual as you, it is important to make a list of details and plan accordingly. This will help us understand your needs so we may serve you better and for you to get more efficient use of our service. Use the following guidelines to determine the total area required for your event. Be sure to consider all areas and events under the tent to ensure adequate size. A combination of tents may be required to meet your total area requirements and site specifications.
Overview
Choose a seating style, and other area requirements to determine the total square footage required for your event. Example: you may wish to seat 100 guests at round tables, a head table for 28, plus room for a registry table, and be serving coffee and desserts while listening to a quartet between speeches. Please ask for assistance at any time.
Ceremony
- Row Seating: This type of seating allows for rows of chairs and a small aisle in between each row.
# of guests ___________X 6=__________sqft.
- Aisle: Depending on the style of tent the length of your aisle will vary. Your aisle should be at least 6’ wide to accommodate 2 people side by side. You may require a wider aisle depending on your needs.
# of feet for aisle way ______length X 6’ width = ___________sqft
- Wedding Party: A staging area large enough to hold the wedding party and the Officiate will have to be reserved at the front of the tent. By doing this you are ensuring your guests will not be seated beside you.
